Family photos don’t have to be stiff and posed! In fact I’d go so far as to say why would anyone want stiff and posed anymore!? For me, photographing a family is all about capturing a time and place, freezing it to look back on for many years to come. When I look back at my son’s childhood I want to see adventure, laughter, games and play - not ironed shirts and clean carpet. So that is how I shoot; natural, full of curiosity, authentic.
